Start throwing money...
Externally, for a bulletproof design, you'll need Teflon, PVDF, titanium or
some FRP composite.
As previously mentioned, you're best off with an in-tank design, where CPVC
will work - providing there are NO glue joints (i.e., threaded or flanged
w/ Ti hardware).  Polypropylene might work too, since that's what the
filter material is likely to be.
