The only person I would have you talk to is David Steinmeier at microJoining Solutions.  He can be reached
at [log in to unmask]  He knows just about everything about Hot Bar soldering as well as a new process
that may work better in your application called FlashSoldering.  It is a non contact process that uses a
Diode Laser.
