You're welcome.

EMPF is usually a good place to start looking for industry studies. They also
did alot of work on conformal coating over low solids fluxes too.

That's odd. Usually they are most helpful. You might have gotten one of the
clerical staff or a specialist from another instrumentation area.

I don't really think there is one. The technology itself (I think) was
invented by Dr. Morgan Tench of the Rockwell Science Center. It was further
developed with two DARPA grants that I know of, so the research data
supporting SERA is public domain. CSL was one of the sites involved in one of
these grants, so I have a passing knowledge.

David Hillman, a frequent contributor to this group is the one I always turn
to with SERA questions. He can likely tell you more than you ever wanted to
know about it. After he has talked your right ear off about SERA, ask about
ROSA and switch ears. That way you can be deaf for this afternoon's
management meeting.....................

To my knowledge, ECI is the only licensed manufacturer of SERA equipment.

Don't know if John or the other EMPF dudes would know all of that. Hillman
would though. Dave?
