You can fill free to obtain any information about the capabilities, theory,
limitations as well as list of the labs who can perform the tests.
Please check the article published in 1996 (IPC) describing the details of
SERA technology. I was unable to attach this article (it is too big even after
zipping). You can also look through last (96, 97, 98) proceedings of IPC
technical conferences.
