Hi Technetters,

I would like to ask some opinions regarding the right type of wire to
be used for COF wire bonding. I know for some that other companies
prefer what their customer wants. I'm looking for a comparison
between this two wires, their advantages and disadvantages and what
machines are using this type of wire.
Any information rendered would be highly appreciated.
