1. What do most of you use as a stencil?

For our Engineering prototype stencils we use Stainless .008 Electro
Polished Chemical Mill (etch) with our part number and other inf. etch on
the underside of the stencil and we get them from Photo Etch Technology in
Lowell, Ma. They cost $150.00 each and are on a smaller frame than that
used in our production area.

For our Production Stencils we get Chem Etched with a thickness of .006
with a foil size of 23 x 24.36 and a frame size of 29 x 29 material is
PSI-SS and the typical cost is around $700 - $800 from Photo Stencil in
Colorado Springs, CO with our part number and other inf. etch on the
underside of the stencil.

Standard lead times ranges from 24 to 72 hrs.
