Gary,

Thanks for the info on the CS-400's.  Several of the jobs we are
contemplating running require cut and clinch, which is why we considered the
400's.  Do I read from your comments that they may not be very reliable?

     Rick,

     You might want to try the CS600's they are faster and more reliable
     but do not cut and clinch the leads.  We use a mass lead trimmer to
     cut the leads.

Does anyone have any experience, comments, etc. on Contact Systems CS-400C
Component Locator systems.  We need to setup some low volume, small batch
through-hole jobs and would like to automate the process somewhat.  The
CS-400C has been proposed to us by a couple of used-equipment vendors.  Any
feedback on these units?  Any other alternatives I should consider would
also be appreciated.
