HTC was bought by Dynapert a number of years ago. I'm not sure who has
their assets and info now. Don Spigarelli was founder and President of
HTC, and after he sold the company, he later started SRT (Sierra
Research & Technology). The last info I have on Don and SRT is: 59 Power
