There is no standard currently, but we have begun an effort to develop a standard for
stencil design.  We expect to have a meeting during IPC/SMTA Electronic Assembly Expo
in Providence RI in October.  When we have a date/time set for the meeting, I'll be
posting an announcement here on the TechNet and in DesignerCouncil.  jack
