Try a black top ink from Markem Corp. in Keene, NH. The semiconductor guys
use it all the time.

Subject: [TN] Black Epoxy
Hello Technetters,
We try to use a Black epoxy to cover the marking of an IC in one of
our PCB but the mark is still there after passing through aqueous
clean, is there any other solutions to our problem. Would a black
paint could do the job? Any comments or suggestions will be highly
appreciated.
Regards,
Edwin Maximo
