Techneters, you can use a german Cobar 390Rx No-Clean flux.
It is very agresive. I've got excelents results with N2 atmosphere
Very low residues and good fillet in both sides of de board (Ok to
IPC-610, class 3).

Charlie-
I was under the impression that you would atach the fax (thermal) to
the top of an unpopulated board. This would show you if and where flux
was penetrating to the topside. Without sufficient flux in the
through-holes, it is difficult to get good topside fillets, etc.
