Starr, regardless of specs. why would you accepet any de-wetting that
compromises attachment? Without guessing at possible causes of the
problem, why don't you just re-work the parts in question? If you have
no recourse through your supplier, contact an experienced service bureau
such as; Solder Station One (714) 558-1019. In these type situations,
we can learn a lot from the experiences of Don Quiote, eh?(sp?)
