Here's a few hints.

1) Get some good digital engineers
2) Get good schematic capture/pcb layout software
3) Get a very good librarian
4) Get great simulation software
5) Get a real good manufacturing engineer
6) Get any sales/marketing person
7) Get an engineering manager/arbitrator who can head the engineers in
the right direction, and can also explain things to sales/marketing and
keep them headed in the right direction.
