Daniel - Try http://www.cadvance.com/
I'm not sure this is the package, but look up the web site and there are
some contacts that you can talk too.

Subject: [DC] Pads to Cadvonce?...
Hi,
Does anyone know of a way to translate Pads or PowerPCB database
files to Cadvonce format? An Asian client has asked for this type of
format but I've never heard of Cadvonce.
Thanks for any help or light you can shed on this,
Dan
