Also try www.download.com  There is a plethora of free/shareware, for
various utilities.  I know that a program called LviewPro works well
importing and exporting practically any graphic format.  Autocad release 14
also seems to be able import and export most formats, even raster ones.

Just go to the Ziff Davis website and download Paintshop Pro, it will do the
conversion you want and many other types as well.

I'm not sure this will be the answer to your problem though. Both of those
formats are composed of colored dots, which don't translate into most CAD
packages. CAD software doesn't use dots (or bits) it uses vectors. Nothing I
know of will let you translate bits to vectors very easily (trace algorithm
in Corel maybe)
