Pat,
You could try using the Intermediate Data Format (IDF) that is designed to
facilitate bi-directional data exchange between EDA & MCAD tools.
Below is a Web link to Intermedius who develop & support the IDF interface,
it includes a list of both EDA & MCAD vendors who support IDF, VeriBest
included.
IDF supports, among other things, board outlines, component placement,
mounting holes, routing keep-outs etc...
