Ralph,
There is a company in Massachusetts called Heat Technology, Inc. Their
founder was responsible for thermal management at Digital. His name is Ralph
Larson. I am sure he can help. Their number is 978 365 5440. His solution
will not deal with thermally conductive prepregs, but different designs
within the board.
