Hi Howard,
HADCO has a BC design guideline available on their web site.
HADCO - www.hadco.com (no :8080 anymore!) - go to Technology, then BC
design. This should get you started.
Good Luck,

Hi TN,
I recently get the words "buried capacitance" from document. What does
it mean? What's its quality requirement? How can I start to produce the
PCB with buried capacitance? Is there any technical reference document?
I shall be very appreciated if you can give me more help.
Regards,
Howard Lin
