Just go to the Ziff Davis website and download Paintshop Pro, it will do the
conversion you want and many other types as well.

I'm not sure this will be the answer to your problem though. Both of those
formats are composed of colored dots, which don't translate into most CAD
packages. CAD software doesn't use dots (or bits) it uses vectors. Nothing I
know of will let you translate bits to vectors very easily (trace algorithm
in Corel maybe)
Good Luck,
Jack

Does anyone out there know how to convert a tif file (or a dxf file)
to a bitmap image? I have a tif file from SolidWorks
that I want to import into Viewlogic (it's a title block with our
logo). The support guys at Viewlogic say nope, can't be
done, but I'm not buying it. With all the technology available I
should be able to do this without buying some expensive
conversion tool. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any
solutions? Thanks.
