We stopped using pink Polypropalyne bags for bare board storage years ago.  I
don't know the specifics, but something in the bag reacted with the solder,
rendering the boards unsolderable.  If I'm not mistaken, though, this doesn't
happen with the new pink bags.  We still don't use them.
