Suppose your given a design that includes an enormous ceramic MCM with
an incredible # of 25 mil fine pitch leads. This MCM is to be mounted on
a PWA for automated solder reflow. All M&P must be compatible with low
pressure environment and optical components.

What's the best choice for;
1) Unconstrained PWA material (CTE concerns, numerous TCs, solder
fatigue)
2) MCM-to-PWA mounting ; Bonding okay to ?? grams, Does it need to be
bolted?
3) How to form and keep the leads straight and aligned so every foot
lands acceptably on the PWA pads.

Who could dream up such a nightmare.
I've been intentionally breif.
