Try Parlex... The only info I have on them is their US corp. office:

Eric Zanin (X258) is their National Sales Manager
I think they are closer to Shanghai though.

There is also another flex circuit manufacturer just across the river from Long Wu in Shenzu which is just across the old HK-China border-I'm trying to track down who that is & will let you know...
