Hi technetters

We are running an vertical electroless nickel/gold line. Our chemistry suplier is Atotech. 

I have for the past couple of week tried to find some information about the chemical mechanismes in the nickel bath and the gold bath but havenīt been succesfull.

We are have a had time controlling the plating amount from the gold bath.

I would like to hear if someone have experinced the same problem and if someone can help me with information about the chemical mechanisme.
