Hi Mark,
If you can dxf out than there are a few more "steps " you can take.
Hijaak Pro software can translate dxf to iges. So does Okinos Polytrans
software. It is best to try before you buy or send your output  dxf to
the company, let them translate it and send it back to you. You can then
test it by importing it into your iges based software. You are entering
a kinda different world where 2-D and 3-D graphic packages will not
always mesh cleanly. So beware.
