Could you better define the explaination for Figure 10-84 of
IPC-A-610B?
Doesn't the comment from 10.4.1.1, "Any chip-outs (nicks) of the top
surface (adhesive coating) less than 0.25 mm from the edge of the
component" contradict the standards in sections 3.4.2-3.4.3, as long as
"Internal element is not exposed"?
Please respond asap.
