  We do PWB's that exceed 90 amps and we allow thermal spokes in multiple
layers (add layers if possible). You cannot sink directly to the pad or you
will never be able to solder to it. The thermal spoke thickness should be
1/4 the pad size (ie 120 pad dia, .030 max each thermal spoke width x4)
