From all the boards that i have come across - everytime i've noticed solder
vulcanoing thru the hole - solder plugging thr hole - everytime a section of
the hole was performed - it always came down to the barrel being underplated
and blowing up,
failing thermal shock when being passed thru wave solder. Not all board
manufactures apply a 5 time thermal shock on their coupons.
