Thanks for the information on the Education sources that you posted.

I have a couple of other requests things that I want to implement
while I still have a clean sheet to work with.

1/       Naming conventions:    Could some one reccomend a naming convention
        scheme for the following
        (a)     Parts
        (b)     Symbols
        (c)     DECALS

2/      Revision control system in a design environment, note we do not
        currently have any software that would automatically do this for us.
        I am looking for a system that would put the onus on the designers
        to control the revision of their project, more a method of working
        than a quick fix piece of software.
