Mitch,
We too use IEEE 315/ANSI 32.2-1976 and supplement IEEE 315A-1986
However we use "U" almost exclusively for any kind of IC. I have
seen "AR" used for op-amps but not "AT" or "G".
Be intresting to see what others do.
