We use just about everything out there.

Unix - Sun Solaris and HP handle most of the really intense number
crunching tools, CAD tools, ananlysis tools

NT - CAE tools, SPICE simulators, timing analyzers etc., gradually
moving more tools to this OS.

Win 95 - A few engineering tools, but mainly word processing and other
software in the MSOffice suite.

The PC network has a hard time handling our large network.  NT does much
better.  Unix is nearly flawless.

As far as Win 98 goes, if we have a fraction of the problems we had when
we transitioned to Win 95, I hope we don't get it for a long time!
