Dave,
CAMCAD (www.rsi-inc.com) may have a working viewer for GENCAD files. I have
most of their modules licensed on my machine, but not that one; there is,
however, a GENCAD reader listed in the "Unlicensed" box. RSI lists reader
modules which have not been released yet, but are in progress. I would
suggest that you contact them to see if it is available yet.
