HI Ken,
    There are a few questions you need to fill in the blanks for before calculation can be done:
1) How many layers
2) What is the stackup?  I.E. sig, grd, pwr, sig???
3) what is the base copper
4) what layers are Impedance controlled?
5) what is the target line width on the impedance layers?
6) what is the Er of the material (this will change based on the prepreg style/glass to resin
ratio)
7) are the lines differential (typically identified by 2 circuits running parallel with each
other)
8)  Is there a plane under the impedance lines? (sounds silly, but need to know).
9) What is your tolerance on the impedance +-10%?
10) Will you be testing and with what type of coupon?
There are quite a few programs available for calculation that will meet your needs. and the above
is necessary to insure accuracy.  If you Email me, I can help with some of the numbers.   JOHN
