I would also be interested in any inf. passed along with respect to the
Florida CirTech's OMIKRON process(Tin) ( isn't this called White Tin). We
are about to look at this process with regard to using it with a 4 layer
MC-5 1080 prepreg multilayer board. My reason for using this would be to
remove any pre-wave soldering heat processes. From what I have been told by
our PCB supplier is that this could possibly be a drop in replacement for
HASL. We are a no clean assy OEM.
