     You might want to give a company called SMT Plus a call, they give a
excellent course for rework operators. The company was started by a gentleman
named Jim Blankenhorn who has been around this industry quite sometime and is
very knowledgeable.

     I used his services training rework operators and inspectors while I was
working at another company, and it was money well spent.

this course the cause and effect relationships are presented followed by SPC

The determination of what is good and a reject is key in a manufacturing
