have seen something like this before in my travels - try looking at calcium in
the system - forming a calcium sulfate - in my experience i found it in the
activated carbon the customer was using - both bath and carbon were analyzed
for calcium - it kept forming on the airspargers and after about 2 days were
plugging up the spargers and caused burning - cud be a possibility - try it
out
