Hi Chris!
Just rise pH to 9 with sodium hydroxide and the copper will form
copper hydroxide which is insoluble at this pH. However this copper
hydroxide is difficult to get rid of, not many companies raffinate
this copper salt. If you are looking for a way to get copper out of the
solution as copper metal you can add some ammonia to pH 6-9 and plate
it out by electrolysis.
