We are bonding to aluminium (circuit board) and are having some problems
with the pre preg pushing the oxide to the surface and covering it so
then when cool there is areas on the surface that have black oxide
covered with the resin. So what we end up doing is sanding the panels by
hand and what is happening besides the time is sometimes a trace or two
is sanded off.Has anybody ever had this problem and did you end up
sanding also is their any other way to deal with this problem any help
would be appreciated.
