Hello Joe, I would recommend Eagle Layout software from CadSoft
I tried their demo and found quite good, it is a Win95 or NT package
complete with Schematic and PCB Cross probing also it has self healing
polygons, and the best feature yet that no other package has, is Automatic
real time ECO (e.g. if you add a resistor on the schematic and hook it up,
it automatically makes the changes on your PCB real time, well you do have
to be running them both at the same time)
the price is great I think under 6K for full package.
