If I had a choice, I would choose Cadence.   Unfortunately that
wasn't on your list.... Then I would choose based on the type
of PCB's you are designing.   I am currently using Mentor Graphics
and I have disliked it for 3 years now.  Mentor would be my last
choice.  If you have to use a Mentor database look at
http://www.intercept.com
