Hi,
I am anxious to learn how /which software other companies are using if
footprints/mechanical
drawings are to be transferred to PCB CAD-systems like Visula, Mentor or
Pads etc.
in digital format.
We are making paper drawings in mechanical CAD-systems, like
Pro-Engineering, Autocad,
and then layout- designers redraw them on the CAD-systems.
This is causing double work, which should be always avoided.
Brs, Johannes
