Hi,

I would be interested to know how the figure of 10 * 8 ohms was reached as a
standard for IPC class 3. I have been told that as a standard this figure is
quite a safe level. How do we know?

With regard to the cleaning assessment it would be nice to see the SIR
aspects being pushed on Technet/IPC more. I would also like to see more SIR
info. circulated. I have read the IPC SIR handbook but still have alot of
unanswered questions.
