Does anyone know of a way of inserting push pins into a circuit card?
They are used in the extractor modules. We were using a manual fixture
with vise grips as the forcing mechanism, but this has broken. I am
trying to find a supplier or an idea on how to insert these pins. We
manufacture about 5000 PCB's/Month.
I was thinking of some sort of pneumatic jig, but I have never seen
anything. Any help or ideas are appreciated.
