Generally speaking we do not coat under the area where extractors are
mounted. The primary reasons are to allow the extracators  to move freely
and to prevent the coating from flaking off. Typically a board is mounted in
a chassis, if coating was under the extractors  a piece of coating could
come loose and drop to the botttom of the chassis and lodge itself into an
undesireable location, like a mating connector !
