Hi Ed,
For all bottomside jumper wires I've always had our rework operators wrap
the wire around the lead, if I remember correctly, it's supposed to wrap at
least 270-degrees. If it's been a topside jumper from a PTH lead, we'll go
ahead and pre-prep the wires and stuff the stripped end in with the lead
before wave...one less hand soldering operation at least...
