        Ladies & Gentlemen,

        I realize TechNet is for technical issues only but, I received a
call from another board manufacturer who unfortunately has joined the list
of fabricators screwed by a company called CADRE III.
        CADRE III is a design outfit in Texas who appears to screw board
shops for a living. These guy's have several judgments against them already
but continue to find new fabricators to add to their list of victims. Once a
judgment is being enforced they pack up their equipment and start a new
corporation which, coincidentally owns CADRE III leaving CADRE III with no
assets.
                Prototype manufactures beware of these jerks!
