Does any one has done any study as what is the optimum number of wave
fixtures be ordered as quotes from different assembly companies vary on the
total number of wave fixtures required?

Here is the yearly volume assuming kit size between 150 (will be less for
low vol).

Annual Volume Kit size Fixtures Qty
50 50
100 100
200 150
400 150
600 150
800 150
1000 150

Experts can provide what they think is a good number for each volume
category mentioned above.
