No worries there, you can comfortably go down to 0603
 with almost zero defects. With any IC on a bottom side
 wave solder it helps if the IC is orientated with the wave-i.e.
it hits the wave one set of legs at a time
 (unless you have a seperate chip wave (Z wave))
