HI!

If you engaged plating job of prited circuit board product.

Read down follow but answer the mail.

In my company had troblem tear drop at plating,25um thickness.

It happened at around hole one side is normally 25um but against

side about 50um plated so,it's very difficult etching job.

How can solve the problem?
