Hi Technetters,
has anybody experiences (good or bad) with NAS Interplex solder &
flux bearing leads, especially with the fine pitch leads? I have to
decide whether to use the CG33AA to build a MCM-L with QFP208-outline
(0.5 mm pitch) or whether to try to change my customer's mind to make
a BGA solution, especially a micro-BGA which could fit onto the
QFP208-Layout, too.
(Perhaps you remember my question "[TN] Leadframes for QFP208 as
MCM-L?" from April 18.)
Thany, regards
Matthias Mansfeld
