Is it generally assumed that if one claims workmanship to IPC-A-610 that
they are in compliance with the requirements of J-STD-001.  My real
question lies in the area of cleaning and cleanliness testing.  Since
IPC-A-610 appears to be no more than an inspection guide, if I claim
workmanship to that standard, do I have to comply with the
cleaning/cleanliness testing requirements of J-STD-001 paragraph 8.3.
